At the Bar Johnny in San Francisco, you can get it cold; topped with smoked salmon, dill, red onion and creme fraiche. At the Oliveto across the bay in Oakland, you order a more traditional pizza but can add pancetta and a couple of fried eggs. Bon appetit!
