Lack of sleep can turn beauty into the beast

Researchers at North Carolina’s Duke University Medical Center have found that poor sleep may increase the likelihood of developing a raft of health problems, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease and depression.

Not getting enough kip can also contribute to feelings of hostility and anger, though the researchers found women were more likely to be made grumpy by a lack of sleep than men were.  via NZHerald.co.nz
